Terms of Warranty and Service

Warranty

The ICE Group Pty Ltd warrants ICE Ignition Products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and if properly installed for a period of three years for 7 Amp systems in road use and two years for all products in race applications from date of purchase. If installation instructions have been followed and the product is found to be defective, ICE Ignition will replace or repair if returned along with proof of date of purchase. This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of The ICE Group Pty Ltd to the extent permitted by law.

The foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or representations whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall The ICE Group Pty Ltd be liable for special or consequential damages. This warranty is only valid on products purchased from ICE Ignition or its Authorised Dealers. Products must be as originally supplied. Warranty is void if products have been modified or tampered with in any way or installation instructions are not followed.

Service

In case of malfunction, your ICE Ignition product will be repaired free of charges according to the terms of the warranty. When returning ICE Ignition products for warranty service, Proof of Purchase must be supplied for warranty verification. After the warranty period has expired, repair service is charged based on a minimum and maximum charge rate (Contact ICE Ignition for current rates). When returning an ICE Ignition product for repair, said product must be as originally supplied or warranty is void and extra charges may apply.
